Don’t have a lot of time to prepare a scrumptious meal? This Chicken Francése recipe has been a favorite in our family and a meal sure to impress. It doesn’t take a lot of time to prepare or cook and one of the things I like about this dish, is that I’ve prepared this for dinner parties of eight or more and it can be prepared and cooked ahead, refrigerated and just heated on low in the oven in an oven safe deep platter.
A lot of the dishes I make are done without measuring ingredients, especially in cooking….baking well we know that’s another story. This recipe can be easily adjusted adding more or less ingredients depending on how many chicken pieces are being used. A buttery lemon sauce is the key to this recipe.
And of course, farm fresh ingredients make this all the better!
